Here's a list I'm going to start that has freebies for signing up at stores or restaurant's websites for birthdays!
If you click on the store name, it should have a link. Please let me know if any do not work.

This website lets you set up an account for free and tells you of restaurants by your zip code that offer free desserts and/or a song on your birthday. Most of the ones for my area, are sit down restaurants, and I have to dine in to get the free dessert.

Applebee’s – free dessert (no sign-up), free meal for child, fill out postcard at restaurant
Arby’s Extras - free 12 oz shake with any purchase
Aveda- sign up on their website and you'll get a birthday coupon for a free personalized gift (up to $25 value).


Bd’s Mongolian Grill – free meal plus dessert
Bakers Square- free pie, sign up and get a B1G1 free entree with the purchase of 2 drinks also.
Barnes and Noble kids club- a welcome gift of 30% off any one kids item, free cupcake at time of birthday, and more
Baskin Robbins Birthday Club – free ice cream

Benihana's - offers a $30 gift certificate valid for Mon-Thurs during the month of your birthday,
Biaggi’s – free dessert
Bob Evans Kid Times Birthday Club – free food (12 & younger)
Boston’s - free pasta or dessert
Buca di Beppo eClub – free dessert
Buffalo Wild Wings - free dessert
Burger King - free kids meal


California Pizza Kitchen – can sign yourself up plus they have a CPK kids club
Caribou Coffee – free drink on the day of your birthday.

Denny’s – free meal for kids (10 & younger)
Don Pablo's - $10 on your birthday, hab club anniversary, $10 off your 9th visit, and free dip sampler just for joining
Dunn Bro's -free drink on your birthday
Famous Daves P.I.G. Club – Buy 1 Get 1 free entree (up to $15), kids included
Fazoli's -you get a welcome gift...I'm not sure what yet. For birthday's you get a free dessert.
Fuddruckers – birthday treat and surprise on your anniversary


Geoffrey’s Birthday Club – Toys ‘R Us coupon value varies (ages 2-10) (Ours have always been $3 off a purchase), Plus Geoffrey calls and sings happy birthday to you (or leaves a message if you're not home)


Houlihan’s – free entree


IHOP - I can't find anything on their website, but I think you have to fill out a form in the restaurant...just don't do it at the birthday time so that there's time to get the coupon in the mail.
IKEA Kids Club – free stuff (in-store sign-up)

Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America. Free unlimited ride wristband for kids 18 and younger (a $30 value) to use on the day of your birthday.

Outback Steakhouse - free dessert on your birthday, no sign-up


Papa Murphy’s – free cookie dough on your birthday with the purchase of any pizza.
Perkins also emails you a free birthday meal coupon. Once you sign up, they also allow you to add your spouse’s birthday (another free meal coupon) and your anniversary.
PF Changs – sign up for their warrior card and you get 10% off each time you eat there. I'm not sure what they have for birthdays yet...
